How the Survey Works

For this survey demo there are two possible outcomes. The survey results are either positive or negative.

You'll be given three choices when answering the last question "How would you rate your overall experience?" If you choose "great" as your answer, you'll receive an email thanking you for your positive feedback and asking you to pass on the good word to a friend.

The experience changes for a customer who offers negative feedback. Select "Okay" or "Poor" to see how a survey with negative feedback is handled.

A negative feedback survey will prompt an email stating that someone from our team will be reaching out to you to discuss the problems at hand.
