True Tech Tip of the Week: Make a QR Code to Share Your Wi-Fi Credentials

⚙️ TRUE TECH Tip of the Week ⚙️

Just in time for the holiday season!

We’ve all been there…your house is full of guests, you’re trying to prep a meal or manage a herd of 5-year olds at a birthday party, and every time you turn around Grandma or Uncle Bob or Next-Door-Neighbor Susie stop to ask you for your Wi-Fi password.

Even if you’re lucky enough to have a password that’s easily remembered, you’re still stuck correcting people’s typos and confusion. How many times can you say “No, a CAPITAL-L!” And that’s if your WI-FI password isn’t total gibberish!

Luckily, we’ve found an easy way to generate a QR Code that will give folks access to your Wi-Fi network. Visit https://www.qrstuff.com/ and select the WiFi Login button–then follow the prompts. Print that out, stick it up on the fridge, and now you’ve got one less thing to worry about! Next time someone needs your Wi-Fi details, you can just point at the QR Code.
