ABOUT US

Who We Are

True Production’s team is a small, but resourceful group of passionate individuals. Our clients have great ideas and we love working with them to bring ideas to life through video production, website design & development, graphic design, and business automation.

There is no job too big or too small for our team. Our incredible development partners help us scale for larger projects. Our video team has great relationships with freelance cinematographers, videographers, and editors who can help handle any video project that excites us. We can’t wait to collaborate and show you what is possible.

Meet the Team

Founder

Anthony Cassara

Anthony’s passion for entrepreneurship and digital media started at an early age. His father recognized his son’s interest and purchased a digital Sony Handycam for him when Anthony was in grade school and it soon was used for making movies at home with his sisters and friends. To edit the movies, Anthony worked as a Golf Caddy at 13 years old and saved up enough to hand his parents a wad of cash and a picture of the Apple iBook he would soon use to teach himself Final Cut Pro.

As a graduation gift from High School, True Productions was incorporated as an LLC and throughout college, Anthony learned how to use his passion effectively and turn it into a value-based business.

In 2008, Anthony left his job as a video editor at Comcast SportsNet to pursue True Productions full-time. He had one client that committed to a retainer that is still working with True Productions today. Through hard-work, determination, no formal business training, or real-world experience, he credits 10 years of being in business to serving clients, not selling them. His mantra is, “if you want something you’ve never had, you will have to do something you’ve never done.”

We value our time, which means we also value yours. Punctuality is the key to high performance in our office.

We say please and thank you

We treat you and ourselves with respect. Common courtesy is not an option.

The Story Behind the Journey

Our Monday morning meetings always begin with a reminder of our Four Golden Rules. During one of these meetings, our Intern asked us why we didn't have them proudly displayed in the office for all to see. We realized this was a great idea and should be done as quickly as possible.

A week later, as his Internship was ending, he handed us the poster you see in the picture above. The significance of Mt. Kilimanjaro in the poster was that he knew we were attempting to summit the tallest freestanding mountain in the world in a few weeks.

In September of 2016, we decided to take the poster with us for the long journey to the summit, all 19,341 feet of it. We proudly held it as a reminder for ourselves and our business that if we can follow our Four Golden Rules we can achieve whatever we can dream of in this world.
