In this installment, Anthony talks about one of the first things you learn in Kindergarten–to say Happy Birthday! Do you remember celebrating birthdays in Kindergarten? It was basically magical. There were cupcakes, everyone sang, and at least in my class, you got to wear the birthday crown.

It’s probably the earliest birthday I really remember enjoying. As adults, we don’t make so much fanfare for birthdays anymore–but what a great opportunity to reach out to your customer base and bring a little magic to their birthday!
