PROJECT EXECUTION BY PHASE
PRE-PRODUCTION
Laying the right groundwork is essential to developing a great video. Pre-production is where we formalize the game plan for your shoot. We confirm the video concept and the look/feel and style for all the videos. We’ll work together to review the scripts to confirm the flow of the interviews. Our team will do a detailed walkthrough at your location to lock down all the other details involved with how the actual video is going to look, sound, and perform.
PRODUCTION
We’re rolling! Now that we have the road map developed in the pre-production stage, it’s time to put it all together in front of the cameras. This is where our professional crew of director of photography, camera operators, sound engineers, and lighting techs do what they do best – film a great video.
POST-PRODUCTION
Post-production is essentially putting everything together. Our editorial post-production team kicks in to shape your story, handle color-correction, record any voice overs, clean up the audio, add music, create graphics, and in general make sure your video looks exactly like we planned in pre-production. It’s at this stage that you’ll see the first cut.
FINAL DELIVERY
Once you’ve seen the first cut, you’ll have a chance to share your thoughts with us. There is one round of revisions allowed at this stage, within reasonable expectations and within the scope of the original video concept. Congratulations! Your vision has been turned into a digital reality that you can be proud to share with others.

TERMS OF AGREEMENT
LEGAL STUFF
- Authorization: is engaging True Productions, a limited liability company, located at 1526 Cook School Road, Pittsburgh PA, 15241 as an independent contractor for media services.
- Completion Date: True Productions and the client must work together to complete all media services in a timely manner. We agree to work expeditiously to complete the project.
- Assignment of Project: True Productions reserves the right to assign subcontractors to this relationship if necessary to insure the right fit for the job as well as on-time completion for all tasks.
- Legal: True Productions does not warrant that the operation of all media will be viewed uninterrupted or error-free. The entire risk as to the quality and performance of the video content and viewer experience is with client. In no event will True Productions be liable to the client or any third party for any damages, including any lost profits, lost savings or other incidental, consequential or special damages arising out of the operation of or inability to play these videos, even if True Productions has been advised of the possibility of such damages. If any provision of this contract shall be unlawful, void, or for any reason unenforceable, then that provision shall be deemed severable from this contract and shall not affect the validity and enforceability of any remaining provisions.
- Copyrights and Trademarks: The client represents to True Productions and unconditionally guarantees that any elements of video, text, graphics, photos, designs, trademarks, or other artwork furnished to True Productions are owned by the client, or that the client has permission from the rightful owner to use each of these elements, and will hold harmless, protect, and defend True Productions and its subcontractors from any claim or suit arising from the use of such elements furnished by the client.
- Copyright to Video Production: Copyright to the finished assembled work of media content produced by True Productions is owned by . Upon initiating this agreement, the client is assigned rights to own the designs, photos, work-up files, graphics, text, video content, and transcriptions contained in the finished assembled work and remain the property of their respective owners. True Productions and its subcontractors retain the right to display the videos as examples of their work in their respective portfolios.
- Sole Contract: This Video Production Contract constitutes the sole contract between True Productions and the client regarding their media services. Any additional work not specified in this contract must be authorized by an email or written change order. All prices specified in this contract will be honored for 60 days after both parties sign this contract. Continued services after that time will require a new contract.
- Initial Payment and Refund Policy: This contract for services begins with an initial payment as stated in the “Invoice” section. If the client halts work and applies by registered letter for a refund within 30 days, to the CFO of True Productions, 1526 Cook School Road, Pittsburgh, PA 15241, work completed shall be billed at $165/hour, and deducted from the initial payment, the balance of which shall be returned to the client. If, at the time of the request for refund, work has been completed beyond the amount covered by the initial payment, the client shall be liable to pay for all work completed at the hourly rate stated above.
- True Productions and the client must work together to complete all media services in a timely manner. We agree to work expeditiously to complete the project as stated in this proposal. This timeframe is completely dependent on the client providing prompt responses and feedback on all work performed. If a situation arises in which the client needs additional time to provide the details required for project completion, True Productions reserves the right to accelerate the agreed-upon payment schedule with 30 days notice to the client.
- Video Storage: We understand the importance of safeguarding your valuable footage. That’s why we offer a secure storage solution, where we will hold your raw and edited video files and assets on our servers for a full year. This ensures that your footage remains accessible for any future edits, revisions, or additional projects you may need. Our state-of-the-art servers are regularly backed up and maintained to protect your content from data loss or corruption. After the one-year period, we will provide options for extended storage or transfer to your preferred storage medium.

This quote is for the media services as outlined in this proposal. If the scope of this project expands beyond these deliverables, True Productions will provide the client with a written estimate of any additional charges for review and approval.
To begin work on this project and initiate pre-production conversations, a deposit payment of $ is due upon signing. The remaining project balances will be paid upon project completion.
